Back to School

T.T Huhu.. I'm back at school.

The semester started terribly. It reminded me of a book 'A series of unfortunate events' by Lemony Snicket which tells of 3 orphan siblings and how they are ALWAYS flooded with a series of unfortunate events.

At least I don't have unfortunate happenings all the time. Heh. Reading it makes me feel better. Wakaka. Terrible me. Finding comfort in other people's suffering. ^_^!

My expenses this month gone up so much I think I'm going to faint. So atrocious. Petrol so expensive, toll so expensive and clothes so expensive. Good thing my lovely far-sighted parents increased my allowance this semester. Heehee. Good thing boyfriend pays for meals. Heehee. Good thing I have a lot of clothes. Heeheeheehee.

I remember my project paper title today! Yippee! Here it is:

Quality of Financial Reporting - The Malaysian Perspective

It doesn't sound impressive. And maybe a tit wit boring. Actually very boring lar but I'll make it interesting. *muka serious* I can! I will! I must!

Why must we dwell on boring research? Why can't we work on topics like Women & Auditing, or The Marriageable Age of Auditors, or Audit - A hazard to health? Ain't that more appetizing? And it is related to the course.

Heh. Me and my bimbo ideas.

Here's some pictures of Shaun with different hairstyle but the same pose. My brother leng zhai right. I think it runs in the family. Ehem Ehem.

More pictures......

Lol. It's the same pose cause I made Shaun pose in my room. Keke.

CK's sister just took some wedding pictures. So *sweet* I tell you.

The couple

Oh and this is the picture of Yen touching the elephant at Uncle Kian Boon's house. Don't ask me why she touch the elephant.

I found a website of my interest. Everyone should visit.

I shall now drown myself in heaps of journals. I shall be a lovely good student this semester. Not that I'm not a good student previous semesters. ^_^

Wee! Going back this Friday.

Oh brownies, please be beautiful

I will attempt baking brownies tomorrow! It seems DELICIOUS and most importantly easy.

This is how it's suppose to look

Looking back my cookies baking days, it almost always looks like dung.

All the best to me and my brownies. I hope they'll turn out beautiful.

Like me.

Dreadful

I'm dreading the thought of going back to UPM. It's like there's a big fat millstone chained to my leg, weighing me down. Even after 3 years these feelings don't go away. The homesickness begins even before I leave home. What the heck?!

I am drowning into the depths of the sea. Logic right since there's a big fat millstone on my leg. Well, let's hope for beautiful corals and maybe mermaids under the sea. That's if I can breathe underwater or have an oxygen tank.

All nonsensical thoughts. Gah.

At least I'm looking forward to meeting ck, roomie, baby and khom again.

Marry Brown

The other day, me and sis went Tesco for lunch. We ate at Marry Brown. As a child, I asked lots of questions. I still do. And so I asked.

me: Why is Marry Brown Marry Brown?

Being a well-read person, Hwei answered in a very intellectual tone.

Hwei: Because it belongs to a guy called Brown. He wanted to marry a girl and so named the shop Marry Brown.

me: Oh. So did she marry him?

Hwei: No. Because the shop is still Marry Brown, not Married Brown.

me: Really ar?

Hwei: No lar!

-_-!

Bluffed.

Kena tipued.

We ended up laughing hysterically.

Writer's block

According to wikipedia, writer's block is a phenomenon involving temporary loss of ability to begin or continue writing, usually due to lack of inspiration or creativity.

I lack inspiration.

Definitely lack creativity.

Therefore, I am experiencing writer's block.

She's done it again

Hwei got admission into UM. Wee!

Reflecting back, my sister's quite a doinkers. She studies little and achieves excellent results. I believe it's God's grace that got her through.

Thank you God.

She's done it again.

Or rather,

He's done it again.

Internet is sloooooowwwwww

These days, the connection's so slow that I can't blog properly. Even signing in was a problem. Dang. Couldn't even upload pictures. Double Dangs.

I baked some cookies the other day. It looked nothing like the sample picture. The cookies were suppose to be chocolaty and mouth-watering. Well, mine looks like s-h-i-t. Eheh. Even Ken thinks so.

Me: Yerr. Look so ugly one. (While taking out cookies)

Ken: ...Ya lor.

T.T

Kids don't lie.

I shall stick to baking cakes. Good bye cookies. Forever and ever.
